Will the payment be refunded if the order is wrong (e.g. the wrong operating system was selected)?
No. You have formally placed an order in AcadCloud and waived your right of withdrawal in the process. This means that you have received a unique licence key from us, for which ACOmarket GmbH has paid corresponding licence fees to the manufacturer/supplier. Since you have waived your right of withdrawal and the licence key assigned to your order is not reusable, we regret that a refund is not possible.
