Data protection

The protection of personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (e.g. GDPR, Austrian Data Protection Act, Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021).

Our website is solely aimed at informing its visitors, so that no processing of their personal data, such as IP addresses, by our website takes place.

For technical reasons, our website sets 'session cookies', i.e. at the beginning of each visit, it places a random string of characters on the visitor's computer or mobile device, which makes the beginning and end of the visit to the website machine-readable. These cookies do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the visitor, and their validity expires at the end of each session.

For the purpose of providing videos, in particular to enable visitors of our website to stream them at high quality, we upload them to video portals such as YouTube (Google/YouTube privacy policy) and subsequently embed them on our website. As soon as a video or any other element from a social network such as YouTube is loaded into a browser or other application, it will exchange data with the network, which will usually involve using a variety of information contained in the application (e.g. the IP address) and sending information that it stores on visitors' devices, usually in the form of cookies in a browser. In the process, data may be transferred to servers in states, such as the USA, whose level of data protection is not recognized as equivalent to the level of data protection stipulated by the GDPR. Likewise, e.g. YouTube can correlate the entries of visitors who are logged into their browser with a Google account with the respective Google profile. We have no influence on the processing and storage of data by social networks, but always take the following measures to protect visitors to our website: Before any data is exchanged with a social network, we obtain their consent, which can be revoked at any time, in accordance with Art 6 Para 1 lit f GDPR. Even after consent has been granted, we restrict the exchange of data with the network, e.g. by preventing the setting of cookies as far as possible.

If you contact us by email or in any other way, the data you provide will be processed by us for the purpose of dealing with the enquiry, but no longer than is necessary for this purpose or for any subsequent communication, and (with the exception of legal obligations to disclose to authorities) will not be passed on under any circumstances without your consent.

You can register for an email newsletter via web form, email or other means. In this case, the personal data you provided when registering for the newsletter will be stored and used for sending the newsletter and advertising, so that we process your email address and optionally entered further contact data for the purpose of sending you information about products, services and events. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, in particular by using the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter.

You can register for our events by web form, email or other means. In this case, (unless you receive our email newsletter, please see above) the personal data you provide when registering will be stored exclusively for the purpose of planning and implementing the respective event, but no longer than necessary for this purpose or a possible subsequent related communication. If the data processing is carried out via an external ticketing website, we will ensure that its operator and the terms of use including the privacy policy are accessible to you on the user interface. If you prefer to notify us of your registration directly, you are free to do so by sending an e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

In general, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection with regard to your personal data processed by us or on our behalf. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection laws or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, that authority is the Datenschutzbehörde (Data Protection Authority).
