Emergency Response Service

Together with CANCOM Austria (formerly 'K-Businesscom'), ACOmarket has launched an emergency response service that enables its customers to report suspicious IT security incidents and receive help within a very short time.

With a service like this being particularly important due to the increasing number of attacks on academic organisations, it can be considered a great success that attacks on two organisations have already been prevented or stopped in time by using the service so that considerable damage (encryption/data theft) could be averted.
