XiTrust supplies the MOXIS e-signature platform, which will be available from ACOmarket from 2024.

An 'electronic signature folder', MOXIS enables the digitalisation of signature processes and can be tailored specifically to the needs of universities and other institutions.

MOXIS helps to reduce bureaucracy in internal administration and collaboration with students. Documents can be electronically signed with legal validity or provided with an electronic company seal and an official signature using MOXIS 'eStamp'.

MOXIS utilises qualified A-Trust certificates that comply with EU data security standards. The ISO 27001-certified platform fulfils the requirements of eIDAS and guarantees GDPR-compliant data management and storage.

A team of technical experts offers advice on the implementation of electronic signatures and the use of MOXIS 'eStamp' as a signature service for official signatures in CAMPUSonline.
